The Practice has experience in preparing the analysis of the clients needs and working with the client in the preparation of the clientâ??s requirements. The refinement of the Brief can be an iterative process where our experience can be used to evaluate the effect of alternative scenarios at an early stage. In some instances the client has a clear business plan and the brief will be precise from the outset. On other occasions the practicality of building or of a particular site will have a definitive effect on what can be achieved, on whether a particular production line can be accommodated or an appropriate experience created.
