We carry out feasibility studies from simple initial assessments of potential to a full examination of the potential and risks by working with or leading multi-disciplinary teams and other specialists. Understanding sustainability, building conservation and many different types of building helps to inform such studies and to give a wide perspective on the risks and opportunities and can facilitate short cuts in appropriate situations. In depth studies can provide a full analysis of both the potential and the risks involved in any particular course of action and a framework for feedback from the constraints and opportunities offered by a particular site.
