Julian Monaghan, Senior Partner - Leeds

BA Hons Dip Arch (Com) Planning Supervisor

Julian is the senior partner responsible for both the Practice and the Leeds office, and has successfully led the practice's growth in the north of England. For the last 10 years he has continued to develop the practice expertise in retail development, as well as completing a number of major office and leisure/ mixed-use projects. He is an active member of the British Council of Shopping Centres and the British Council of Offices. He has also developed the Practice special expertise in buildings for the food industry. Julian is also a qualified planning supervisor.
