PROMOTION AT DLG, LEEDS
National practice
DLG Architects has promoted Richard Austwick to Associate Director at its Leeds office just eight months after joining the
firm.
Richard heads up
DLG’s food industry team and Senior Partner Julian
Monaghan praised Richard’s management of ongoing projects
within the practice worth £20 million.“At

With over 20
years of architectural experience, Richard joined DLG having previously worked
at SDA Architects in Leeds where he
specialised in designing and facilitating developments on difficult sites.He worked on a number of Motor Retail
Dealerships where he designed and managed a £6.7 million new car dealership for
Mercedes-Benz of Ascot.This particular project presented its own
challenges as it was excavated into a hillside and has been shortlisted for an
‘Innovation in Property’ award.
